SEEKING TO RENT A (1 BDRM APT.) WITH OUR "WORK ADVANTAGE CERTIFICATE" Hello Sir or Madam,
We are looking for a (1) Bedroom Apt within the Bronx in an apartment building. The apartment would be for a married couple, (one who works full time and one who is a partially disabled and works part time.
The apartment would have to be on the first or second floor if it is a walk up building, if it has an elevator, then it could be higher up.
We are seeking to rent with a Landlord or Management Office which accepts the "Work Advantage Program" which will convert to "Working Section 8"
The "Work Advantage Program " pays in three month advance cycles. We are seeking a decent apartment which we can move into on or about the 1st of September 2008.
In addition it would help if there was an easy commute to the (D,B Train Lines) for work purposes.
