Spend the summer in this unique cottage in the Berkshires foothills.
You will be surrounded by 100 acres of beauty, with a large meadow, lots of woods with lots of space to walk around and ancient stone walls. You’ll have a panoramic sunset view over the Hudson Valley – on a clear day you can see 50 miles!
Everything is provided, linens, tableware, and cooking implements. And there’s a washer and dryer.
The master bedroom is inside the main house. The second bedroom (and bath) is across a deck in a separate little building. We call it the Summer Room.
There’s lots to see and do, the area is jam packed with theater, museums, wonderful restaurants, as well as golf, tennis, hiking, and so much more.
We rent the Summer Season, which is May 29th through Labor Day, for $7900. You can rent June for $2700 or $850 per week. The months of July and August are $2900 each. Rent June and July for only $4900/
