lighting.

Please do not blare your music or movies, unless I am not home - then
do what you like.

Should have NY State checking account in your name.
Must be neat in public spaces (do your own dishes, etc.)
Willing to take turns on communal duties like taking out the garbage.

guests stay over occasionally).
